Personalised Items

Because all of our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for personalised items unless the product is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we have made a personalisation error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when contacting us.

 

Non-Personalised Items

For any non-personalised items, you may return them within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition for a full refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
