We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

🕒 Return Window:

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

🔁 Eligible Items:

Must be unused and in original condition.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

📦 Return Process:

1. Contact us at glowrift2025@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address we provide.

3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

💸 Refunds:

We’ll issue a full refund (excluding original shipping) within 7 days after we receive the return.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We

’ll send a replacement or refund.
